Elizabeth is originally from Columbus, Ohio and has a working background in office management and Operations Management. After moving to Florida in 1997, she joined a manufacturing operation where she held the position of Materials Manager. Currently, her role in BNI is to support the Chapters, Leadership Teams and Director Team as an Operations Assistant / Member Services Director.

Ten years ago Tom got into BNI and somewhere along the line BNI got into him. After working for 8 years in various Fortune 500 firms and receiving a BSBA and MBA in business Tom started his first company and found BNI a great forum to promote it in. From that point, he started and sold 4 different companies using BNI to promote them all, but in January of 2003 he relocated from Boston, MA to become the Executive Director for BNI in this region as well as the Director of Training for the Referral Institute. In addition Tom is a contributing author to 2 best selling books and has produced a powerful educational CD about Networking called, "Who Can Pass You Business All Day Every Day". |

As a graduate of Virginia Tech, Valerie’s expertise includes a wide variety of event planning including corporate functions, non-profit fundraisers, and milestone celebrations. As a skilled contract negotiator, Valerie is able to help save her clients time, stress and money. Additionally through her experience with BNI and training received through the Certified Networker Program, Valerie has acquired an extensive network of professional vendors who share the same passion of providing quality, personalized service. She strongly believes every event should be uniquely in tune with each client’s vision, and that preparation should be fun, exciting and without stress. Chuck Hoover is VP of Dean Financial Group which has offices located throughout central Florida. Robin joined the BNI Referral Exchange chapter in Safety Harbor in June 2006 and currently holds the Vice President position. After serving 20 years in corporate America as an executive in the Information Technology and Business Development teams, Tim decided to help businesses in Pasco and Hernando county with their human resource and staffing needs by opening Express Personnel Services which provides temporary, temp to perm, direct hire, and professional search services. Express Personnel can also assist companies with their HR needs by providing payroll services, HR hotline service, full HR policy and documentation review and/or creation. She began her career in Public Accounting after graduating from Florida State University's College of Business, with a B.S. in Accounting. Nola's career has taken her from Public Accounting, into the private sector where she specialized in Business and Financial Management in the Retail Drug Industry. She also has experience in the Health Care Industry related to billing and accounts receivable for Medical Claims and Prescription Claims. She has held the position of Executive VP in charge of Operations for a Fortune 500 company and is well connected in the Business Community of the Tampa Bay Area. Her passion is to help people make more money. She has been in the BNI Networks for 2 years, and has found the Giver's Gain Philosophy is the right pholosophy for her. Originally from NY, Les graduated Florida Atlantic University in 1991 with a B.B.A. in Information Systems and moved to Tampa in 1993. Les has spent his entire career in customer service beginning in the hospitality industry as a server in 1979 and finishing as a Dining Room Captain and Maitré D in 1992. Utilizing his experience in the hospitality business and college degree Les quickly became a support manager for a regional computer company in 1993. Les is currently an independent insurance agent representing Aflac. He is a special Projects Coordinator training new associates as they begin their careers with Aflac. He is the recipient of several sales awards including the Triple Crown and All-Star awards. Les praises the training he received through BNI for much of his success networking in local chambers of commerce and various trade organizations. He credits his customer service experience with being able to provide a high level of service for clients. |

Shawn M. Yesner founded Shawn M. Yesner P.L., and also joined the BNI Referral Masters in Clearwater in November 2004. The firm specializes in representing real estate investors, including foreclosures, Chapter 13 – Reorganization, Chapter 7 – Liquidation, title insurance review, contract reviews, lease reviews/drafting, and evictions. Shawn passed the Florida Bar in 1998, and holds an accounting degree from Florida State University and Juris Doctor Degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. As a member of the BNI Referral Masters, Shawn has held positions on the Membership Committee and as Vice President of the Chapter. She founded Aslite Enterprise in 2002 for the express purpose of helping business owners and sales professionals gain access to the power of gratitude through acknowledgment. Aslite produces a series of motivational cards to inspire customers, clients, patients and referral sources as well as developing acknowledgment systems to encourage customer retention and increased referrals. Dr. Jeffrey S. Parker has a Ph.D. in Computer Science. He is the President of St. Pete Computers in St, Petersburg, FL, where he leads a team of experts in personal computer service, repairs, maintenance and upgrades. A world traveler, Dr. Jeff has traveled to many countries, and speaks several human and computer languages, including French, Russian, Spanish, German and Chinese. His BNI experience includes being the past president of a chapter and an educational coordinator. Lynne originally joined a chapter in South Tampa and when her territory changed, started a new chapter, the Business Leaders in New Tampa, with the help of Clay Caire. Lynne has served in every BNI Chapter Leadership Position.
