My BusinessWe provide inspections on residential properties prior to an individual/group making an investment/purchase; or for an individual/group preparing to sell a residence. We perform a non-invasive inspection on the property’s major components (plumbing, air conditioning/heat, electrical system, roof, structure and grounds) and provide a report on its condition. This report provides information to the investor enabling them to make a sound decision on the purchase and the price paid; based on knowing any unfavorable issues associated with the property. Unfortunately, there are limits to the inspection, both physical limitations and limitations based on occupational standards. Additionally, we provide insurance related inspections: 4-Point Inspection, Roof Certifications and Wind Mitigations for the purpose of policy new policies and renewals and/or reduction of premiums benefiting the homeowner.

Top Problem SolvedInspected a home 91 years old - identified life safety issues (knob and tube wiring covered with insulation and wood as well as electrical panel wiring issues) and active termites within the home. Buyer still purchased the home but was able to negoate repair of the electrical system and a reduction in the cost of the home. There were other issues as well.
