Top Problem SolvedA single mom hired another A/C company through the flyer to install their new system. the price was cheaper and they thought they were getting a good deal. However, that company did not pull a permit, and installed the system incorrectly. Three months this family did not have air conditioning. After meeting with the family, I spoke with the Chief Mechanical Inspector and got the $500.00 fine removed, uninstalled and re-installed their system and passed inspection. Finally this Family had air conditioning.
